This is a great opportunity to work for Chester’s leading independent estate agent.
We’re looking for somebody to join our small team in our busy city centre office.
You’ll work closely to support our sales and lettings teams where no two days are the same.
You should be professional and well-presented with an enthusiastic, energetic, pro-active approach. You may or not have experience in a similar role – we’re help the right person develop their skill sets in a friendly, busy and fast moving environment.
You’ll be managing a diverse workload, not be frighted to tackle complex situations and be personable with an outgoing approach to communicate with our broad range of customers and suppliers.
A good knowledge of Chester and the surrounding area helps but isn’t essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers visiting our office, on the phone and via electronic media in a polite, helpful and confident manner
- Manage team diaries
- Liaise with suppliers, solicitors and other professional contacts to support day to day activity
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
- Help to maintain databases - including our contacts register
- Have an awareness of current projects to ensure that best possible service is provided at all times
- Research and administrative projects as required
- Assist with various promotional activities
- Ensure files adhere to audit regulations.
Skills required:
- Ability to communicate in a professional and helpful manner (face to face, electronic, phone)
- Flexibility, adaptability and a co-operative attitude
- PC literate
- Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Well-presented and punctual
- Attention to detail
- Proactive approach and self-motivated
