Jeremy Jordan
DirectorChester born, Jeremy worked locally as a solicitor focusing on residential property before setting up Changing Home with Tim Wasdell in 2001. His sound local knowledge and legal experience has helped Changing Home become one of Chester's leading estate agents. Jeremy’s overseen the company's continual development, citing technical advances as a significant part of its ongoing success.
Tim Wasdell
DirectorTim qualified as a chartered surveyor in the Cotswolds, moving to Chester in the mid 1990’s. A founding director of Changing Home, Tim has a wealth of property knowledge and heads up the Company’s growing lettings portfolio.
Glenda Law
DirectorGlenda moved to Chester twenty five years ago with a background in financial services customer management. A joint director with Jeremy and Tim, she enjoys working closely with customers across sales and lettings.
Oliver Law
Sales ManagerOliver is Sales Manager at Changing Home having joined the business in 2017. Working across Sales and Lettings, he has sound customer services experience and a real passion for resolving customer needs. He'll work closely alongside you to ensure a successful outcome. A family man and keen sportsman, Ollie plays local cricket and (for his sins!) follows Southampton Football Club.
Charlie Fleet
Sales & Lettings AssitantCharlie has been with Changing Home side 2021, initially supporting the lettings side but now working across the business. A keen fitness fanatic, Charlie is Chester born and bred and enjoys football, cricket and horse racing in his spare time.
