Current working practice (as at 4 January 2021)

The Coronavirus pandemic continues to affect us and with Chester currently placed in Tier 4, we've again had to amend our working practices.

We want to continue to operate in as normal a way as we can and offer as best a service as possible, government regulations permitting. We know that people will continue to buy and sell houses and to let and rent properties.

Having worked through lockdown in 2020 we know our procedures are tried and tested, ensuring the safety of our staff and customers at all times.

Our City office remains open with our team split part office-based, part home-based. You will be able to contact us in the usual ways but for a face to face office meeting, you must make an appointment.
