We chose Changing Home to sell our ex Rental Home in Blacon. We very much appreciated the no nonsense transaction pricing, the realistic house pricing and the lack of hard sell or inflated pricing some other Estate Agents attempted with us. The booking of appointments and feedback afterwards was exemplary. We achieved the full asking price when the house sold and the service provided was not lacking in any respect. We will not hesitate to use Changing Home again once our next house becomes available for sale.

From the first email, Ollie was attentive and helpful, always providing great customer service and going the extra mile, including taking some meter readings for us when we weren’t around to do them ourselves. We had an offer at asking price within a week of going on the market which was better than we could have imagined, and the team were fantastic in conducting viewings and getting the offer confirmed. They have been liaising with both our solicitors and the buyers solicitors, which definitely isn’t always easy and straightforward, but they have kept tabs on the process and have helped to push the sale along.

Overall, we are chuffed with the service we received from Changing Home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for buying and selling properties in Chester and the surrounding area.

I’m reviewing my experience of Changing Home as a tenant. After selling our house, we rented a property managed by Changing Home for a year before moving out of the area for work. I found them excellent to deal with. When we moved back to the area, I needed to arrange a tenancy quickly and they found me a great home with an excellent landlord and the property was fully managed by them. We ended up living there for five years before buying our next home and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are a good tenant and keep your properties clean and you value good service, they are absolutely the best people to be with. I certainly recommend them to friends looking to let their investment properties out. I won’t single out any member of the team because over six years I’ve had contact with nearly all of them and they are all great to deal with.

Everyone at Changing Home has been brilliant – including chasing the solicitors when it had all gone too quiet.
